Our Wedding: Birdcage Veil

He said:

This is her. This is my wife. I love it when her personality manifests into something you can see. This veil is a perfect example of that. I think my only contribution was holding a piece while it was hot-glued. When she was walking across the field towards me, I was so enthralled to see the woman I know.

She said:

I made everything personal about this wedding, down to my veil. I knew when I fell in love with a tea length dress that there would have to be three things to go with it: a brightly colored petticoat, pearls, and a birdcage veil. I’ve made these before for friends, and a whole slew of them for a certain spunky sixth birthday party, so I didn’t hesitate to dive in and get it done. It was cute, classy, and quirky…perfectly me.
