Zig Zag Wine Rack

Made from scrap pine laying around the garage. I didn’t have a drill press (still don’t…anybody?) so I used the Eyeball Theorem (7th grade geometry class) and just went for it. Worked out good! Staining it Jacoben allows the color of the wine to really come through.  Picked up some brackets to give it a little more depth. Oh, also, I got the keyhole router bit so it can be hung without attaching any hardware to the back of the piece.

Be still my heart. I seriously LOVE this one! It’s subtle but beautiful. My participation in this project was limited to consulting on the brackets. And providing the wine. I love the way any color wine will really pop against the color of the wood!
